Include this information

• Seller OS version shown in the toolbar popup
• Chrome version and operating system
• The feature you were using and the exact visible error
• For product errors, the redacted Debug log from Settings

Never email your AI API key, password, authentication cookie, or full buyer conversation. For license help, send only the final four characters of the license key and the Lemon Squeezy order number.

Common fixes

• Reload Seller OS from chrome://extensions, then refresh existing Fiverr tabs.
• Confirm you are signed in to Fiverr and to any browser AI provider you selected.
• Open Settings to verify the paid license or change your AI pipeline.
• Use Stop All if a tab-based task appears stuck.

Email preferences

Product-update and promotional emails include an unsubscribe link. Billing, activation, refund, and security messages connected to a purchase are transactional and may still be sent when necessary.
