A fairer review ask

The in-app review card now offers the Chrome Web Store review and the private feedback form as equal choices for every rating — no rating changes what you are offered. The optional stars only tag private feedback. The card appears at most twice per install, and dismissing it, opening the store, or sending feedback stops it for good. It still never blocks the page, and nothing is sent anywhere until you type and submit it yourself.

One account, one seller — your plan follows you, not your browser

Your Seller OS account now works in up to two browsers at once, and signing in on a third signs the oldest one out automatically, so access stays yours without juggling sessions. The extension quietly tells our service which Fiverr seller account it is helping (stored as a one-way hash for the sharing guard, plus an encrypted copy used only to greet you in email when you have not given a first name), so one Seller OS account cannot drive two different Fiverr accounts at the same time — switching sellers is fine, and the other browser simply signs out. If a limit is reached or two sellers are detected, you see a clear notice in the popup and in Settings with a "Got it" button, and signing in on a browser that is already full tells you exactly which browser holds the slot.

Rate Seller OS right where you work

Seller OS now shows a small, dismissible star-rating card on your Fiverr pages. Five stars take you straight to the Chrome Web Store rating flow; 1-4 stars open the private feedback form instead, so a bug report or a missing feature reaches the people building the extension instead of a public review. If you dismiss it, the card comes back after longer and longer breaks - 4, 6, 9, 14, 21, then 30 days - and stays quiet for 90 days after you rate or send feedback. Nothing is sent anywhere until you type and submit it yourself, and no Fiverr data is ever attached.

Consented install attribution for our website

When you visit the Seller OS website with the extension installed, it can now share its anonymous install identifier, so measurement you accepted on the site can connect a click from an ad to the install. The identifier is random, is not derived from your Fiverr account or activity, and is shared only when you accept advertising measurement on the site. The extension itself still runs no advertising or analytics code.

Also in 1.2.9: the dashboard has a new "Enjoying Seller OS?" card where you can leave a public review on the Chrome Web Store or send private feedback — bug reports, feature ideas, or questions — straight to the people building the extension, with an optional email if you want a reply. After an update, a one-time reminder may point to the review page; dismissing it is remembered locally on your machine, and nothing is ever sent until you type and submit it yourself.

Account activation from every sign-in prompt

The sign-in panels on Fiverr and the extension popup now offer a direct "Create free account" action, so a signed-out install can reach account creation in one click instead of only being told to sign in. Those panels now say "Sign in required", matching the account-only access model.

Watch your Success Score before it slides

Fiverr judges a Success Score per gig from recent order outcomes — including private buyer feedback you never see — and it decides how often each gig is shown. The Gigs → Optimizer tab now tracks each gig's score over time: the current score, how far it has moved from its own 30-day high, the weakest scoring dimension, and a warning when two of your gigs compete in the same Fiverr sub-category. On Pro, a weekly check refreshes the scores automatically and raises one alert when a gig drops below its recent high, so a slide is caught while there is still time to act. The history stays in your browser.

Simpler purchase linking on the account page

The account page no longer offers the separate license-key linking box. A purchase links to your account automatically when the checkout email matches your account email; if you bought with a different email, email billing@sellerosforfiverr.com and we can help link it. The extension also removed its legacy license-key support entirely: paid access now comes only from your signed-in Seller OS account.

Hear new messages, and know about them sooner

Desktop alerts can now play a sound: pick a built-in tone (generated on the fly, nothing extra to download) or upload your own short audio, set the volume and how many times it repeats, and test it from Settings. The sound plays in one of your open Fiverr tabs, and there are still no new browser permissions. New Fiverr messages are also noticed faster: the extension reads the page's own live messaging traffic locally and checks your unread count right away — even when the Fiverr tab is minimized — instead of waiting for the next one-minute background check. Nothing is observed beyond what the page already shows you, and nothing is sent anywhere.

Fiverr page extras, exports, and unread alerts

New optional Fiverr-page extras: a dark palette for Fiverr itself, a hover-to-reveal blur on balance and earnings figures, badges on search-result gigs, and a delivery countdown on order pages — all powered by data already collected on the page, with nothing submitted for you. The toolbar badge now shows your unread Fiverr inbox and notification count with an optional desktop alert, the Insights tab gains a top focus keywords panel, and the Gigs tab can export your gig catalog and rank history as CSV.

One sign-in for the website and the extension

Signing in to your Seller OS account on the website now signs the extension in on the same browser automatically — no second password. The extension's plan screen is account-first: the separate license-key box is retired, and a signed-in account is the way to activate a plan on a device. License keys already activated on a browser keep working. Free features now require a free Seller OS account too: a signed-out install is prompted to sign up before metered AI actions run.
