How the character counter works
Fiverr limits the length of several fields on a gig and on a seller profile. This page counts characters as you type and flags a field once it passes its limit. The limits used here are the widely documented ones: 80 characters for a gig title including the I will prefix, 1,200 for a gig description, 100 for each package description, 600 for a profile bio, and 20 for each of up to five search tags.
The counter checks length only. It does not judge keywords, readability, or conversion, and it does not predict how Fiverr will display or rank a gig. Fiverr's own editor is the final authority on what it accepts, and the platform can change its limits, so confirm the current numbers in Fiverr's own help center before you rely on them.
