About Seller OS
Seller OS is independent, local-first software for Fiverr sellers. It is built as a Chrome extension that works on the Fiverr pages you already visit, plus a small set of free browser calculators on this website.
What Seller OS is
Seller OS is a Manifest V3 Chrome extension for active Fiverr sellers. It drafts inbox replies and brief responses for your review, builds and audits gigs, keeps pricing context, tracks keyword positions and competitor moves over time, maintains local client records, and runs optional background monitors while Chrome is open. A daily action queue collects the work worth doing next, so the day starts with a short list instead of a dashboard to interpret.
The name says what it is meant to be: an operating system for the work around your Fiverr business, not another marketplace and not a ranking service. The extension is listed on the Chrome Web Store, and the changelog records what shipped in each release.
What Seller OS is not
- It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Fiverr. It is independent software.
- It does not guarantee rankings, impressions, clicks, or sales. Fiverr controls its own search systems.
- It does not send messages or publish gig edits on its own. Every Send, Save, Continue, and Publish stays a human action.
- It does not include third-party AI credits. You bring an eligible browser AI session or your own AI provider account, and that provider's limits apply.
- It does not replace Fiverr's own analytics or the Seller Plus program. It works alongside the data you can see.
The principles behind it
- Local-first. Business snapshots and settings stay in Chrome local storage. Only the content needed for an AI request you start goes to the provider you choose, and the license service never receives Fiverr conversations or analytics.
- Human review. The product fills fields and proposes changes, then stops. A person performs the final click, every time.
- Honest limits. Rank snapshots vary by time, account, and location. Pricing guidance depends on your own assumptions. The product says so in its own pages.
- Bring your own AI. Seller OS plans cover the extension's workflows, not AI usage. You stay in control of which provider you use and what it costs.
- One workspace. Inbox, gigs, pricing, ranks, clients, and reports belong together, close to where the work happens.
How it is built and maintained
Seller OS is built as a plain JavaScript Chrome extension with a small companion service for accounts, purchases, and usage metering. Releases are versioned, the public changelog describes every user-facing change with dates, and the Atom feed carries the same entries for readers. The free calculators on this site are self-contained pages that make no network requests and store nothing.
Plans and pricing
The Free plan is $0 and includes limited daily inbox, brief, and gig actions with manual review. Pro Monthly is $12 per month and Lifetime is $99 one time; both unlock the extension's workflows and all background monitors on up to two browser installations. AI provider accounts and credits are separate. Purchases link to your Seller OS account by email, refunds follow the published Refund Policy, and you can read exactly what the extension can and cannot do on the Fiverr seller tools guide and the Fiverr SEO tool guide.
